Yes, I specialize in creating custom bracelets and necklaces that are unique and tailored to each client's preferences and work closely with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life.   


Non-Refundable Deposit Policy for Custom Orders

We take pride in offering custom beadwork that meets your specific needs and preferences. To ensure that each custom piece receives the attention to detail it deserves, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of order placement.  $10.00 for order under $50.00 and $20.00 Over $50.00

 

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the custom work, prior to shipping.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your order, please note that the  deposit will not be refunded. This ensures that we can partially cover the costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.


The timeline for creating a custom piece varies depending on the complexity of the design and materials used. I work with clients to establish a timeline and keep them updated throughout the process.

 

Customization Process:

  1. Consultation:  Begins with a detailed consultation to understand your vision and requirements for the custom piece.
  2. Deposit Payment:  The  non-refundable deposit must be paid to initiate the custom work.
  3. Design Approval:  A preliminary design will be provided for your approval before proceeding.
  4. Final Approval: You will have the opportunity to review and approve the final product before the balance is due.


You want to roll the bracelet gently on and off your hand instead of overly-stretching the bracelet. In fact, you want to keep the stretching to a minimum. Just a tender roll onto the wrist will do!  


  1. Use a flexible measuring tape, strip of paper, ribbon or cord.
  2. Wrap it around your wrist where you would normally wear the bracelet, below the wrist bone and around the widest part of the wrist.
  3. If you are using a strip of paper, ribbon or cord, mark the end of the strip and then measure the length against a ruler.
  4. Note the number on the measuring tape or ruler, and add a half inch for comfort. This is your wrist size.


  

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during the ordering process.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.


Currently able to ship exclusively within the United States.

Shipping Details:

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping to any location within the United States, 
  • Exclusions: At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use trusted domestic carriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the shipping destination within the U.S.


 

1. **No Refunds on Custom/Personalized Orders**:  Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable due to their unique nature. This includes items with specific color requests, names, or design modifications. 


2. **Refund on Defective or Damaged Items**: If the item arrives damaged or defective, a full refund or replacement. Require that the issues is reported within 7 days.   Submit  proof via email (i.e. such as  photos of the damage). 


3. **Refund on Non-Custom Items (Limited)**: We offer a refund or exchange for non-custom, unused, and undamaged item(s) within 14 days after receiving the product. Please return the item in its original condition. 


4. **No Refund for Wear and Tear**:  Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care or improperly putting on is not eligible for a refund or exchange. 


5. **Shipping Costs**:  Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. 


We strive to ensure the highest quality with our handmade jewelry. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are only available for non-custom items returned in new condition within 14 days of purchase. Custom orders and personalized pieces are non-refundable. In the rare case of a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days, and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
